These terms govern your use of the Lodibet platform in the Philippines — covering account registration, betting rules, bonuses, deposits, withdrawals, and responsible gaming obligations. Restricted Persons

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Lodibet and its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in promotions. Individuals who have previously been excluded from the platform — either voluntarily through self-exclusion tools or involuntarily due to rule violations — may not create new accounts under any name or identity. Players who are subject to a self-exclusion programme under Philippine responsible gaming guidelines must not attempt to access the platform. Any account found to belong to a restricted personwill be permanently closed and any funds held may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the Lodibet platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — are strictly prohibited. If Lodibet detects multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts may be suspended pending investigation. Winnings generated from duplicate accounts may be voided, and bonus balances linked to those accounts will be cancelled without recourse. Account Verification

Lodibet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with Philippine regulatory requirements. You may be asked at any stage — including before your first withdrawal — to submit a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, in some cases, the closure of your account. Deposits, Withdrawals and Funds

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve months or more. Prior to applying any dormancy policy, Lodibet will make reasonable efforts to notify you at the email address registered to your account. Betting, Games and Outcomes

Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on Lodibet are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, which are available within the Sports Events section. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement; odds may fluctuate prior to confirmation and the confirmed odds will be shown on your bet slip. In the event of a postponement, cancellation, or abandonment of a sporting event, the applicable settlement rules for that market will determine how your bet is resolved. Lodibet reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear pricing error occurred. Any attempt to exploit pricing errors, delays in odds updates, or arbitrage across markets may result in account restrictions and the voiding of affected bets.

Casino and Games

Casino and game outcomes on Lodibet are determined by certified random number generation systems and, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical dealing processes streamed from licensed studios. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual game titles are provided by the respective game providers and are available on request. Lodibet is not responsible for interruptions to gameplay caused by your internet connection, device malfunction, or browser incompatibility. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the outcome will be determined and recorded by the platform server and will stand as final. Players must not use automated tools, bots, or software to interact with the platform in any way that provides an unfair advantage over other users or the house.

Bonuses and Promotions

Participation in the Lodibet Rewards programme is automatic for all registered members in good standing. Points are accumulated based on qualifying wagering activity across Sports Events, Casino, and Games, and the rates at which points are earned may differ between product categories. Accumulated Rewards points may be redeemed for benefits as outlined in the Rewards section of the platform; redemption options and values are subject to change. Points have no cash value unless explicitly converted through an active redemption process and cannot be transferred between accounts. Lodibet reserves the right to adjust, recalculate, or remove Rewards points where they were awarded in error or as a result of activity that violates these terms. Tier status and associated benefits are reviewed periodically and may change based on your qualifying activity level.

Platform Use and Acceptable Conduct

Your access to and use of Lodibet is granted for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. You agree not to use the platform in any way that is fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the platform, its staff, or other users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities in the Philippines:

  • Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity or payment information during registration or KYC verification.
  • Using the platform to launder money, facilitate illegal financial transactions, or circumvent Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
  • Employing third-party software, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to automate play, gain an unfair advantage, or manipulate game or bet outcomes.
  • Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Lodibet platform.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or platform staff through any available communication channel.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of games or betting markets to the detriment of Lodibet or other users.

Limitations, Liability and Governing Law

Limitation of Liability

Lodibet provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Lodibet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to access, the platform. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of the Lodibet platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact Lodibet first and allow a reasonable period for resolution. Lodibet reserves the right to seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or to prevent ongoing harm.
